Description |

This creation started out as an original cast brass engine
room light. After removing the battleship grey paint, it
was polished. Next we added the brass deflector cover to dress it
up just a little more. Four feet of polished chain was added so you can
hang this eye catching light over your table or bar. This light has been
re-wired with a new 110-120 volt UL Listed Fixture. A normal house bulb
of 60 watts or less will work great. This light weight just about 9
pounds, so you really do not need much of a support hook to hang it.
This light can be used inside or outside, it will last forever! This
light measures 8 inches tall and 7 inches wide. It is shipped with 4
feet of the chain and wire.

This is one of my custom hanging pendant lights. I started out with
an original cast brass nautical light that was designed to mount direct
to the ceiling. The original light measured 8 inches tall. The first
thing we did was to sand blast off all the old paint and then polish the
brass. Next I added the 7 inch brass deflector cover, it is attached to
the globe cage and can be removed if you do not like this option. Next I
installed the hanging chain using the four original mount holes on the
base of the light. Four sections of chain come off the light and become
one piece about 6 inches about the light. The final modification on this
light was replacing the electrical system. I have re-wired this light
for 110-120 volts and a new UL Listed bulb fixture was added. I normal
screw in house bulb of 60 watts or less will work perfect in this light.
The light comes with 48 inches of hanging chain and about 6 feet of
electrical wire. Changing the bulb required no tools as the globe case
and glass globe each screw right on to the base of this light. This
light is ready to install right out of the box, and it is a one of a
kind creation!

be directly mounted to your ceiling, or it can be chain hung making it a
very nice pendant light design.
This original cast brass ship's light has a 20 inch copper deflector
cover. This is just the way we found it, other than a fresh polish job
and new re-wiring. The main part of this light measures just about 12
inches tall and 10 inches wide. The top hatch cover is held in place by
three wing nuts. The globe is 360 degree fresnel glass, and the globe is
in outstanding condition! This light weighs 22 pounds.
This light has been re-wired with a new UL-Listed Westinghouse bulb
fixture rated for any voltage less than 250 volts. A normal screw in
house bulb of 100 watts of less will work fine in this light. I strongly
recommend the use of a T-10 bulb in this light, as it will allow the
globe to work more like a true lighthouse lens.
Like all of our brass lights, this light can be used in exterior or
interior applications.

These original cast brass nautical light was commonly used as a ceiling
mounted lights in walk ways or work areas of the vessel. They would have
been connected to a long line of conduit pipes that connected the power
to several lights on one switch. We have made brass plugs for the
original conduit holes and drilled a new hole on the ceiling mount
surface to hide all the wires. The light has all new wires and bulb
holder that are UL-Listed and made by Westinghouse. We also added the
brass deflector cover to dress up the look of this vintage light. When
mounted to the ceiling these lights will extend down from the ceiling by
(A = 7 inches / B&C 8
inches). The brass deflector cover is 7 inches wide. The globe is glass
and undamaged. To access the bulb area, the deflector cover, globe, and
cage screw off as one piece. The ceiling mount holes on the "A" light are located about 3
1/2
inches on center of each other, and on the B & C lights the three mount
holes are located about 1 1/2 inches off the center of the light. These lights can be used inside or outside
application and it will last forever! If you use these lights outside,
the glass must point towards the ground. Each light weighs 3 1/2 pounds.

lights with the cast brass cage so the distance this light will extend

what a few hours of polishing work can do! When mounted to the ceiling
this light will hang down about 8 inches. The widest end of the copper
cone cover measures 9 3/4 inches wide. The glass globe measures about 3
1/2 inches wide and about 5 inches tall. The copper cone cover, glass
globe, and the brass cage unscrew as one piece to provide access to the

This is an original heavy cast brass nautical light that can be used as a wall

degrees out on one side. I think the tilt out design was intended to be
used when the light was mounted to a wall it would tilt the housing down
towards the floor just a little. We see this same light mounted on the
ceiling, so my wall theory may or may not be right. We have re-wired this light with a

This original cast brass nautical light has many different ways you
can use it. You can mount this as a wall or ceiling light, or it can be
mounted to a the side of your dock pilings or even near a base board to
light up the walkway area.
This light measures 8 inches long and 4 inches wide. When mounted
it will extend out from the mounted surface by 4 1/4 inches. It has two
screw holes on the bottom side. The two screws that hold the cage in
place can be removed to access the bulb area. This
light has been re-wired with new Westinghouse UL-Listed parts that are
rated for up to 250 volts. Normal house voltage is not a problem. These
lights work best with a T-10 bulb that you can get at most any hardware store
for less than $5.00, or a normal screw in bulb will also work. It is
recommended that the T-10 bulb for this light not exceed 20 watts due to
the heat that can build up after extended use. The mount holes on the base of this light requires
a 3 inches of mounting surface to work.
This light is constructed of all cast brass and weighs 3 pounds.

We used two original brass nautical lights to make this ceiling fixture
with double bulbs. The ceiling mount flange is 2 1/2 inches wide with
three screw holes. When mounted to the ceiling, it will hang down 8
inches. You can reduce the distance it hangs down by cutting off the
threaded rod it is suspended from. From left to right it measures 17 1/2
inches long. All new wiring and bulb fixtures have been installed. Your
light will be shipped with two new 25 watt bulbs installed. The lights
have screw on cages that hold the globes in place. The globes are glass,
and undamaged.
Something just a little different that can't be found at Home Depot!
We have 5 matched pieces for your project.

When
mounted to the ceiling these lights will extend down from the ceiling by
7
inches. The brass deflector cover is 7 inches wide. The globe is glass
and undamaged. To access the bulb area, the deflector cover, globe, and
cage screw off as one piece. The three ceiling mount holes are located about
1 1/2 off the center of the light. These lights can be used inside or outside
application and it will last forever! Each light weighs 3 pounds.
If you use these lights outside, the glass must point towards the
ground.

Here's a very nice little beehive spotlight. It
measures just shy of 18" tall, with the bottom diameter being 12" from
outside edge to opposite outside edge. We have
made three modification to the light that makes it able to mount direct
to the ceiling with all the wires hidden. The first modification is the
original mount hole ring on the top bar has been cut flat to allow an
even mount to your ceiling or other attachment point. The second
modification called for the original goose neck conduit connection to be
cut off and be replaced by a 1/2 copper tub that now hides all the wires
when you mount it. The third modification was the installation of two
1/4 mount holes that were added to the top bar. These two new holes make
it very easy to attach the light to your ceiling surface.

These copper and brass nautical spot lights were mainly
used on the bridge area to light up the work areas on the deck. While
designed for outside use, they make great decor lights for the nautical
interior. We added the small section of copper pipe to hide the supply
wires. This light is ready to hang over your bar or table area. As shown, the
heights of the light is just short of 15 inches tall. The mount plate on the cast brass
arm is 3 3/4 inches wide and has four mount holes. The front surface of
the spot light measures 9 1/2 inches wide and has a frosted glass cover
for the bulb area.
I have re-wired this light with a 110-120 Volt UL Listed Bulb
fixture, and it is ready for installation. Comes with 24 inches of extra
wire.
A normal 60 watt or less house bulb works fine in this
fixture.

This is one of several very large copper and brass nautical spot lights
that we have in stock. Commonly referred to as a "FOX LIGHT". These
large lights were positioned several feet above the working deck area
and were only used during loading and unloading operations. As shown, this light measures
27 inches from the top mount plate to
the glass lens. The widest
end measures 17 1/2 inches wide with the glass lens measuring 14
1/2 inches. This light weights just under 40 pounds. The mount plate
measures 3 inches wide and has four screw holes. Mounting options can include attaching this right to the ceiling as
shown. If you need your light to hang lower, you can add more sections
of pre-threaded pipe to make it hang at the right position for your
project. These pre-threaded pipe sections can be found at any hardware
store in lengths of 1 inch up to 10 feet. We have installed a single 8
inch pipe in the attached photos. You can also suspend this
light by chain. The chain would attach to the holes in the top mount
plate and your wire would feed into the chain lengths. This light has been re-wired and a new 110-120 volt UL Listed bulb
fixture has been installed that will hold a normal house bulb. You can
use up to a 100 watt bulb with no problems. $895.00 Plus Shipping

ONE PIECE LEFT IN THIS DESIGN!!
This is the first time we have seen this spot light design,
and we may never see it again. Check out the mounting system on this
light. It has three different angle adjustments. First, the wall or
ceiling mount plate can rotate in different positions. Just below the
ceiling or wall mount the two arms will swing 180 degrees. Right were
the two support arms mount to the light, it again provides for the
ability to swing another 180+ degrees. This light can be hung from the
ceiling and pointed down as sown in the photo to the left, or you can
use the three different angle adjustments to fit your needs. I also
think this light could be mounted to a wall, and by using the
adjustments you could point it in many different angles. Because I was
not sure how you would use it, I placed an 8 foot power cord that can
just plug into a normal three prong outlet. The plug and cord are
exterior grade.
This light is all brass. As shown in the photo to the left,
it stands 22 inches tall. The mount plate is 7 inches side to side and
has three mount holes. The end with the glass measures 15 1/4 inches
wide with the glass being 14 1/4 inches wide. To access the bulb, you
can remove the ring the hold the glass in place, or the whole cone cover
and glass is held on by three wing nuts. We have installed a new
UL-Listed bulb holder that takes a normal screw in house bulb. The bulb
holder and cord is rated for any voltage under 250 volts, but the three
prong plug will only work in a normal 120 volt wall plug. Like most of
these larger spot lights you can really step up the bulb wattage, but I
think you will find a 100 watts or less with get the job done just fine.

This is one of several very large copper and brass nautical spot lights
that we have in stock. Commonly referred to as a "FOX LIGHT". These
large lights were positioned several feet above the working deck area
and were only used during loading and unloading operations. As shown, this light measures
26 inches from the top mount plate to
the glass lens. The widest
end measures 17 inches wide with the glass lens measuring 14
