This original nautical light measures just short of
20 inches tall. The base is 10 1/4 inches wide with three mount holes.
Weight is 16 pounds. This light is mostly constructed of copper and has some cast brass parts
near the top. The globes are 360 degree fresnel glass with very little
wear. This light is stamped "Made In England". The missing badge on the
top would have been from "The G&B Seahorse Light Company", but it has
been ripped off while out at sea. Like most of the lights you will find
in my inventory, this light is not in mint condition, it has been used
at sea until the vessel was scrapped, and it has wear. The original
electrical system needs replaced if you want to light it up. Item #P6-01 Price

This light is looking for a new home that can provide
lots of tender loving care. This light has some parts that are copper
coated iron, and some parts that are true copper. I would say most of
the construction is copper coated iron. Needless to say the exposure to
salt water has caused some rust problems on this light. This light
measures 18 inches tall with the handle up. The flat back side is 6 3/4
inches wide. From the back to the front side it measures about 7 inches.
The glass globe is fresnel and undamaged. The globe measures about 5 1/4
inches tall, and 6 inches wide. No burner with this one. Great Display
for the money! tem #P6-02 Price

If you are looking for a light to hang or to mount
from the ceiling, this is a great option. I have sold many of these
lights to clients who have suspended them from the ceiling, and others
who have mounted them direct to the ceiling. This light weights 10
pounds. I think some parts of it are true copper, but most of this one
is copper coated iron. Not recommended for salt water exposure. You can
use this one inside or out, but inside use is my recommendation. The
globe cage and globe unscrew as two different pieces so you can access
the bulb and wiring. From the ceiling to the bottom of the globe cage
this one measures about 12 inches. The deflector pan is also about 12
inches wide. The globe is undamaged.
Like most of the lights you will find in my inventory, this light is
not in mint condition, it has been used at sea until the vessel was
scrapped, and it has wear. The original electrical system needs replaced
if you want to light it up.

This is a solid cast brass nautical light that
weights 20 pounds. The 360 degree glass globe is fresnel. The globe has
a few very minor chips on the raised edges. This light measures 12 1/2
inches tall, 8 inches wide. This one was made by "Livemar Estribor". The
globe is 6 1/2 inches tall and just short of 8 inches wide. This light
was designed to mount on a threaded pipe that was fixed to the vessel.
The base plate and small pipe you see on the bottom of this light were
made to fit the original mounting hole. You can extend or shorten the
base pipe with common parts found at any hardware store. The original
electrical system needs replaced if you want to light it up.

This is an original nautical light constructed of
solid cast brass. The 360 degree fresnel glass globe has one little
flake like chip just above the front junction box (you can see this in
the photo to the left). This light measures 14 inches tall and about 8
inches wide. Weight is about 18 pounds. This is a great looking light.
Not sure if "TEF" is a maker's name or what, but this light is well
makes with these three letters. Keep in mind, while this light was
designed and normally found mounted just like you see it in the photo to
the left, this light can also hang from the ceiling. Can be used inside
or out, it will last forever and is water tight. The base plate and
small pipe you see on the bottom of this light were made to fit the
original mounting hole. You can extend or shorten the base pipe with
common parts found at any hardware store. The original electrical system
needs replaced if you want to light it up.

You may see several of these Norwegian built nautical
lights listed on my web-site, but each of these masthead style lights
are different. This one measures about 13 inches tall, and 8 inches
wide. The 360 degree fresnel glass globe has light wear, nothing real
serious. The weight is just over 20 pounds. Keep in mind, while this
light was designed and normally found mounted just like you see it in
the photo to the left, this light can also hang from the ceiling. Can be
used inside or out, it will last forever and is water tight. The base

You may see several of these Norwegian built nautical
lights listed on my web-site, but each of these masthead style lights
are different. This one measures about 13 inches tall, and 8 inches
wide. The 360 degree fresnel glass globe has light wear, nothing real
serious. This light has a removable red insert globe and was originally
wired to have 4 different bulbs inside. Now you can remove the red
insert, and if re-wiring, I would only install one normal fixture. The
weight is just over 22 pounds. Keep in mind, while this light was
designed and normally found mounted just like you see it in the photo to
the left, this light can also hang from the ceiling. Can be used inside
or out, it will last forever and is water tight. The base on this one is
much different than other Tranberg made lights you may have looked at on
my site. This was the base that was on this light when I found it, so it
could be original, but it is marked "TEF". The original electrical
system needs replaced if you want to light it up.

This is an interesting example of the Norwegian built
Tranberg light. This one was made so it could be a post mount, or a wall
mount. Made of all cast brass and weights 18 pounds. Measures 13 1/2
inches tall and 8 inches wide. The 360 degree fresnel glass globe has
very little sign of wear. The base plate and small pipe you see on the
bottom of this light were made to fit the original mounting hole. You

If only this original copper port side light could talk!
All copper except the brass ring the lid threads into. This is a large
light that measures 14 inches wide and 14 inches tall. The two flat back
sides measure 10 inches wide each. From the back corner point to the
front rounded section it measures 13 inches. The access lid is 9 3/4
inches wide, and screws on and off a little tight. Weight is about 15
pounds. The glass globe is about 7 inches tall and about 10 inches wide.
This is clear fresnel glass, and it has no damage. This light has a
removable red glass insert behind the clear glass that makes it shine
red when powered up. This red insert can be slid aside to make this a
clear light also. This light has lots of bumps and age wear, so if you
are looking for a new looking light, this is not the one for you. This
and many of our lights are recovered from salvage yard operations, and
the lights are coming off vessels that are being scrapped due to the age
of the vessel. The original electrical system needs replaced if you want
to light it up. Item #P6-10 Price

This is ML Piper - Montreal Designed Anchor/Masthead
light was constructed of all copper and brass. The glass globe is 360
degree fresnel. The white stuff you see on the globe is paint, and it
can be removed. The whole light was painted white when we found it. The
globe has several chips to the raised edges, but has not holes or
cracks. These chips are common on real lights like this that come from
vessels being scrapped. This light has dents and dings that came from
years are sea, so if you are looking for a light with a new look, this
is not the one for you. You can do more polishing to this light if you
want to get more of this copper and brass look. This light measures just
short of 15 inches tall and 10 inches wide. Weight is about 18 pounds.

wide. The glass globe is fresnel and has one edge chip. The globe

This is an original copper cone nautical light.
Constructions is all copper and brass. The red globe can be removed and
the light used without a globe if you need that clear look. In the past
we have found many of these lights with no globe, this one just had the
red glass globe, so we left it in place. This is a great light to mount
direct to the ceiling, or hang to the desired position. Measures 7 1/2
inches tall, and about 10 inches wide. Weight is about 7 pounds. Has
normal wear of a nautical light that has been to sea for 40+ years. The
original electrical system needs replaced if you want to light it up.

globe, but both have been removed. They each measure 15 inches tall. The
two flat back surfaces measure 10 inches. From the back corner to the
front curve of the light, they measure about 13 1/2 inches. The glass

Just another example of an original solid brass
nautical light. This one weights in at 15 pounds. It measures 14 inches
tall and 8 inches wide. The globe is fresnel glass and is a 360 degree
globe. The globe measures about 6 inches tall and about 8 inches wide.
The glass globe is in great condition with very minor wear. The access
lid screws into the main housing. The access lid is 4 3/4 inches wide.
The connecting rods and nuts that hold the top and bottom sections
together were replaced when we polished this item. They were either
broke or would not come apart for polishing. The replacement pieces are
solid brass and are just like the original pieces. The base plate and
small pipe you see on the bottom of this light were made to fit the
original mounting hole. You can extend or shorten the base pipe with
common parts found at any hardware store. The original electrical system

I am just a little anchor or masthead light that is
looking for a new home. Constructed of all brass and copper. Measures 9
inches tall and 6 inches wide. This light has been re-wired with a new
UL Listed 110-120 volt normal house bulb fixture. The connecting rods
that hold the globe between the top and bottom sections were replaced,
but have the original look. The globe is 360 degree fresnel glass. The
globe has a few flake chips from the raised edges, but nothing real
serious. This light has some dents and dings, and is missing one nut
that holds the access lid in place. This light has a makers plate, but
you can't make much out other than the fact I know it is English in
design.

that connect the main housing are new castings, but the rest of the
light is original. 100% solid cast brass, you can use it inside or out,
it will last forever! This light measures just short of 12 inches tall.
The cage around the globe is 4 1/2 inches wide. When mounted to the

If you are looking for an original nautical light
with that old crusty look, this may be the one for you. Not sure who
made this one, it is stamped "BT Anchor". "BT" may be the makers, but I
really do not know. This is a oil burning light, and the burner is
complete. The burner may need a little cleaning, and I have not tested
it for leaks. The globe is a 360 degree fresnel glass. The globe
measures about 6 1/2 inches tall and about 8 inches wide. The light
measures 18 1/2 inches tall, and 9 1/2 inches wide. Most of the
construction on this light is iron with surface rust and original paint.
No rusted holes. I replaced a few screws on the arms that attached the
top and bottom sections together. Weight is about 14 pounds. This is a
large light and will make a great decor piece! Item #P6-23 Price

are buying this one just as I found it with the original paint. This
original oil burning light is complete. I have not tested the burner for
leaks, but I do not see any reason it would not hold oil. No makers'
mark on this one. The globe is clear fresnel glass with no damage, but
it needs cleaned. The light measures 19 inches tall. The flat back side
is 8 inches wide. From the back to the curved front it measures 8 1/2
inches. Weight is about 9 pounds. Constructed of all iron, has surface
rust but no holes! Great looking untouched light! Item #P6-24 Price
